How to Clean Skate Wheels

Cleaning Solutions for Skate Wheel Maintenance
The best cleaning solution for skate wheels is water only, but it is also acceptable to add a mild soap to the water such as the type of soap made for hand-washing dishes.

What Not to Use
Do not use gasoline to clean your wheels and do not use strong soaps such as the type made for electric dishwashers or heavy duty household cleaning.

How to Clean Your Skate Wheels
Wipe the wheels clean using water or mild soapy water and dry them using a soft rag or towel. Check the rolling surface of each wheel and remove any tiny objects that have become embedded in the Polyeurathane.
