Confederation of Asian Roller Sports (CARS)
ALSO KNOWN AS: Asian Roller Sports Confederation
Organization representing roller sports on the continent of Asia.
Established in 1978 in Tokyo Japan. Created
as part of the International Roller Sports Federation (FIRS).
Recognized by the Asia Olympic Council in 2006.
Organizer of the
Asian Roller Sports Championship, the
Inline Hockey Asia Cup, the
Roller Hockey (Rink Hockey) Asia Cup and
other roller sports competitions in Asia.
Members have included:
China, Hong Kong, Japan, North Korea, South Korea,
Macau, Mongolia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines,
Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Iran, Bangladesh,
India, and Pakistan.
