Roller Sports in Bangladesh

Bangladesh Roller Skating Federation (BRSF)
Official Facebook page for the organization recognized by the former International Roller Sports Federation (FIRS) and the current World Skate Roller Sports and Skateboarding Federation as the national governing body for roller sports in Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Roller Skating Federation is affiliated with the Bangladesh National Sports Council under the Ministry of Sports and Youth,Government of Bangladesh. The federation consists of a 21 member executive body. 20 of those members are directly elected and the president of the federation is nominated by the Government. Bangladesh Roller Skating Federationwas formed in 1995 and its first elected General Secretary was Mr. Quazi Ahmed Najee.

Daily Star "Super Ice Skating Week" Article
The Star Ice Rink at Star Zone in Bashundhara City Shopping Mall in Dhaka organised "Super Ice Skating Week 2014" on September 18-21 to introduce ice skating to Bangladesh. The Star Ice Skating Rink is located on Level 8 of the shopping center.
