DESCRIPTION: 36 athletes from Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica participated in the XVII Central American Speed Skating Championship and in the 1st Central American Skateboarding Championship, competitions that were held at the Círculo Student Skateboard and on the track at the España Soyapango Stadium, in El Salvador. The regional contest had the special presence of the president of the Pan American Skating Confederation, Alberto Herrera Ayala,
