the Federació Andorrana d'Esports de Gel is the organization recognized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), the International Skating Union (ISU) and the the World Curling Federation (WCF) as the national governing body for the sports of curling, ice figure skating, ice dancing, synchronized ice skating and ice hockey in Andorra.

The FAEG became a member of the World Curling Federatio in 1991, it became an associate member of the IIHF on May 4, 1995 and it became an ice figure skating member of the ISU in 1995. Note that Andorra is not an ice speedskating member of the ISU.
