IN ENGLISH: Metal League
Highest level Danish ice hockey league that was established ih 1954. The league has nine professional teams. It has had many names over the years. It is currently named after its sponsor, Dansk Metal. Also known as "Metalligaen" and it has been known in the past as "AL-Bank Ligaen", "Superisligaen" and "Eliteserien".
