Organization founded in 1949 that is recognized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) as the national governing body for the sport of ice hockey in Denmark. Denmark became a full IIHF member on April 27, 1946. According to the union's IIHF profile, Denmark has 27 indoor ice hockey rinks.
