DESCRIPTION:
Largest natural lake in the historic Cadore region of
the Veneto region of Italy.
It was the host venue of the ice speedskating
events at the 1956 Winter Olympics of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
1956 was the last time Olyopic speedskating events
were held on natural ice.

DESCRIPTION:
Sports complex with an outdoor speed skating oval
and an adjacent indoor 60 by 30 meter ice rink.
The outdoor oval is used by ice speedskaters in winter
and inline speed skaters during the warm months.
It a 400 meter long, 12 meter wide concrete track
with two 113.58 meter straight sides connected by two 180 degree turns.
The complet hosts the Italian national speed skating team
and it it one of the venues of the
2026 Winter Olympics
The Piné Ice Stadium Complex is located in Miola, Baselga di Piné in
the Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol
region of northern Italy.
