60 ice rinks will be opened in Aktobe
Statement by Evgeny Goncharov: "In Aktobe, there are ice rinks in schoolyards and rural districts. Private entrepreneurs are also contributing to the efficient use of winter time, pouring ice rinks and making the townspeople happy. Skates can be rented in the Central Park for 300 tenge. In general, most ice rinks are built on football fields.
