The Macau Skating Association (Associaçao de Patinagem de Macau) is recognized by the World Skate Federation as the governing body for roller sports in Macau. It was established in 1982, its statues were published in 1983, it became a member of the former International Roller Sports Federation (FIRS) in 1984, and it became a member of the Confederation of Asia Roller Sports (CARS) in 1985. Chairpersons have included Antonio A. Silva Aguiar (aka Antonio Aguiar).
