Organization recognized by the Internnational Ice Hockey Federatio (IIHF) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the national governing body for the sport of ice hockey in Mexico. Became an IIHF member April 30, 1985. Note that the organization's former Web site at hockeymexico.com is longer online but they have a newer Web site at hockeymexico.zione.mx.
