Tiriak Skating Rink

LOCATION: Otopeni, Ilfov, Muntenia, Romania
Indoor ice skating rink in the Bucharest-Ilfov area that was built to Olympic and IIHF standards. It offers public skating sessions, ice skating lessons, and it has ice hockey and ice figure skating programs The rink was inaugurated on December 7, 2016 and it is operated by the Tiriac Foundation. It is more than 4,800 square meters in size and it can seat up to 500 people. It has four locker rooms for hockey teams, six individual locker rooms for skaters, a locker room for the general public, and a parking lot with seventy spaces. The rink is the venue of the EduSport Trophy international ice figure skating competition. The rink is located on Drumul Gării Odăi Street town of Otopeni, Ilfov County, Muntenia Region of southeast Romania. The rink is less than a mile from the Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP).
