FIRS President Isidro Oliversas with Kathie Fry

In March of 2001 I spent a day in Seattle Washington with Isidro Oliveras, president of the world governing body for roller sports. Féderation Internationale de Roller Sports (FIRS) is based in Barcelona Spain, and it is the central governing body for international competitions in artistic roller skating, speedskating, roller hockey, downhill skating, off road skating, and other sports performed on skates.
