Ritika Sharma of India
Women's Roller Hockey Goalkeeping Champion

One of India's top female athletes is women's hardball roller hockey goalkeeping
champion Ritika Sharma, who lives in the town of Panchkula in the state
of Haryana. Ritika has won many medals at the national level, she has
represented India at the world championships, and she and her team won a
bronze medal for India at the 2001 Asian Championships in Taiwan. Ritika
Sharma is a hero in India and she has changed the face of women's
roller hockey in that country.
