Law and Order TV Show Sued by Inline Skater
|
New York City inline skater Anthony Demes filed a
lawsuit against the producers of the TV police and
courtroom drama "Law and Order" in early 2004 because of a shoulder
injury he sustained when he fell as he was skating over
cables laid down by production crew members. Demes says
the show's staff did not take adequate safety precautions.
From Anthony Demes: "You can't just spread a thick cable
across the street and expect that there's not gonna be
an accident".
