Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA)
Established in April of 2004 as the United Leagues Coalition and given its current name in November of 2005. It is an association of roller derby leagues in countries world wide. The organization's mission statement: "The Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) is the international governing body of women’s flat track roller derby representing more than 450 member leagues on 6 continents. The WFTDA sets the international standards for rankings, rules, and competition each year, and provides guidance and resources to the sport of flat track derby."

Junior Roller Derby Association (JRDA)
Organization established in 2009 to work with junior roller derby leagues across the United States to manage the development of the sport for young people un the U.S. They also work with junior roller derby leagues outside the U.S. to advance the growth of the sport world wide.

Modern Athletic Derby Endeavor (MADE)
Established in 2007 to facilitate a modern implementation of the sport of roller derby, to promote their athletes, and to provide an organized and entertaining spectator experience.
